発生工学トレーニングコース

2023年度　生命工学トレーニングコース ～発生工学・基礎技術コース～

金沢大学疾患モデル総合研究センターでは、毎年「生命工学トレーニングコース」を開催しておりますが、2005年より実験動物研究施設が担当しております「発生工学・基礎技術コース」を今年も下記の要領で開催いたします。

マウス胚のハンドリングは遺伝子改変マウス作製の基本となります。また胚および精子の凍結は、飼育スペースの削減のみならず、感染事故や大震災による実験動物研究施設の被害に備えたマウス系統のバックアップのための重要な技術です。奮ってご応募くださいますよう、ご案内申し上げます。

発生工学の基本原理の講義と実習

  1. 精子の凍結
  2. 2細胞期胚の凍結保存
  3. 体外受精
  4. 偽妊娠受容雌作製のためのオスの精管結紮手術
  5. 2細胞期胚の卵管内移植
  6. 桑実胚・胚盤胞の子宮内移植

＊医薬保健学総合研究科博士課程の単位(1単位)として認定されます。

The training course for reproductive engineering techniques

2022 Biotechnology Training Course -Developmental Engineering ・Basic Technique-

Kanazawa University Advanced Science Research Center holds the Biotechnology Training Course every year. Our facility has provided the Developmental Engineering ・Basic technology course since 2005. We will have a class this year as follows. Manipulating the mouse embryo is essential for producing genetically engineered mice. Cryopreservation of embryos and sperm is important for backup the strains and leads to reduce the number and space. We are looking forward to your application.

Lecture and training on basic principles of reproductive engineering techniques

Capacity

4 people (The application will be closed when the number of applicants reaches the limit.)

This training course is recognized as a unit (1 credit) for the doctoral program of the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Health Sciences.
